These terms govern your use of Gofuso Zero (the "Service"), provided by Future Solutions Online Ltd ("we", "us"), which trades as Future Solutions. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Gofuso Zero brings your notifications from connected services such as Podio and Google Chat into one place so you can read and act on them more quickly. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to use any third-party service you connect.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to break the law or the terms of any service you connect.
When you connect a third-party service, you authorise us to access it on your behalf to provide the Service. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or withdraw it, or perform maintenance, at any time.
Gofuso Zero offers a free Core plan and paid Pro and Advanced plans. Current prices are shown in the app and are the total you pay: for customers in the UK the price includes UK VAT, which is itemised on your receipt; customers outside the UK are not charged UK VAT. New accounts include a one-month free trial of the Pro plan; no payment details are required for the Core plan.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal at the price then in effect. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.
You may cancel at any time from the billing section in the app; your plan then remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it reverts to the free Core plan. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may downgrade or suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing; because the Service is supplied digitally and immediately, by subscribing you agree that we may begin providing it at once and acknowledge that this right is lost once the billing period has begun and the Service has been made available to you.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The Service, including its software, source code, design, text and graphics, is owned by Future Solutions Online Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while you have an account, and we may end it under section 8.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service or its code; reverse engineer, decompile or extract its source code, except where the law allows this despite this restriction; or use the Service, its code or its design to build a competing product or service. Your own data remains yours, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
